Where is Adelaide Hall?

Adelaide Hall is located in the basement of 250 Adelaide Street W. You enter through the alley beside 26 Duncan Street West (Par-Tee Putt).

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, if a show is not sold out we will sell tickets at the door! Please note we are a cashless venue.

Where can I buy tickets in advance?

AdmitONE is our standard ticket agent for all shows at Adelaide Hall

Is there food at Adelaide Hall?

No, we do not serve food. But we encourage you to grab food at our upstairs neighbour, Dublin Calling, before the show!

Do you have a coat check?

Yes, coats and bags can be checked when you first enter Adelaide Hall. Coat check is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please note Adelaide Hall is unable to store oversized bags or prohibited items and that we are a cashless venue.

Is Adelaide Hall general admission standing or is there reserved seating?

All shows at Adelaide Hall are general admission however there is limited seating available on a first come, first serve basis.

If I’m on the guest list, where do I go?

Once you pass security your name will be checked by our ticketing agent at the door and you’ll receive a stamp.

Can I rent out Adelaide Hall for my next event?

Yes! To inquire about availability and rates, please contact info@adelaidehallto.com

Where can I find out about set times for my event?

Your ticketing agent will communicate door times with you directly, however we also aim to post these on the Adelaide Hall social media channels the day of show!

Is Adelaide Hall accessible for people with mobility needs?

Unfortunately, Adelaide Hall is not able to accommodate individuals with mobility needs at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our patrons.

I lost something at Adelaide Hall. Who can I reach out to?

Can I bring my own food or drinks inside Adelaide Hall?

No outside food or drinks are allowed.

The show is listed as 19+, but can I bring someone underage if I stay with them the entire time?

Adelaide Hall is a 19+ venue. No one under the age of 19 is permitted in the venue, under any circumstances. Valid physical government issued ID is required to enter the venue. No digital copies are accepted as proof of identification.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Adelaide Hall is a cashless venue. We accept all major credit cards and debit.
